Meet Darcy! She is a proud mother of three, a grandmother, a travel enthusiast, a finance professional, and the founder of Ruby's Collective. While she’s built a successful career in finance, her greatest accomplishments are rooted in her family, her faith, and her passion for encouraging others to recognize their worth, embrace their purpose, and live with intention.

The inspiration behind Ruby's Collective began long before the organization itself,  it began with her grandmother, Ruby.

Ruby was a woman of wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith. Growing up, she always had a word of encouragement or a life lesson for every situation. She lived a life of generosity, faithfully serving her church, supporting community missions, and extending kindness wherever she went. Darcy’s grandmother, Ruby, taught her that true success is measured not by what is achieved, but by how we serve, encourage, and uplift others.

Her grandmother’s legacy became the foundation upon which Ruby's Collective was built.

Years later, Darcy found herself walking through one of the most difficult seasons of her life. As she navigated the end of her marriage, she experienced heartbreak and uncertainty. Like many people facing unexpected challenges, she questioned why she had to endure such pain.

Then, during one of her lowest moments, a quiet but powerful thought came to her:

"Why not you, Darcy?"

Those four words shifted her perspective.

She realized that while she couldn't change what had happened, she could choose how her story would continue. She chose healing over bitterness, forgiveness over resentment, and growth over fear. She discovered that her deepest wounds could become the very places where purpose begins.

Instead of allowing her pain to define her, she allowed it to transform her.

That transformation became Ruby's Collective.

Today, Ruby's Collective is more than an organization—it's a welcoming community where people are encouraged to rise with purpose, thrive through meaningful connections, and shine by empowering others.

Darcy believes that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, heard, and supported as they pursue the life, they were created to live.

Serving others has always been an important part of her life's purpose. Inspired by her grandmother's example, she continues to support philanthropic initiatives in Guyana, South America, partnering with churches and orphanages to provide clothing, food, toiletries, educational resources, and hope to individuals and families in need. These experiences continually remind her that the greatest impact we can make is through compassion, generosity, and service.

Ruby's Collective is built on the belief that every challenge holds the potential for growth, every setback can become a new beginning, and every person has the capacity to inspire change. When we choose healing, embrace self-love, and extend grace to ourselves and others, we create space for transformation—not only in our own lives but in the lives of those around us.
